A self sustaining, zero waste, productive house that demonstrates the potential of our homes to provide shelter, produce food and generate energy. Small barramundi was apart of the aquaponics system and served in their demonstration restaurant . Example dish as “dry aged Barramundi ceviche with fresh herbs and strawberry guava” by chefs Matt Stone and Jo Barratt.
