A journey of 20+ flavours served over 8 courses

(b) 6 COURSE MENU or A LA CARTE
at Lunch + Mondays
Sharing the best of our signature menu in a shorter form. The 6 course menu can be ordered as individual plates too.

WINTER 2025 CHANGES

For forward bookings, from 29 MAY to 11 AUG, all lunch and dinner times will be the 6 course / a la carte menu.
*The signature 8 course menus will return in Sept 2025.

We focus on Australian-only wines, local spirits and cocktails which work harmoniously with the kitchen.

Taking seasonal cues and low waste ethos from the kitchen our bar also makes a range of special digestifs and drinks. Set menu wine pairing is available $120pp
