PORTIONS
The selections menu is designed to taste the set menu (noting, it is more concise than a “traditional” a la carte menu)
The portions of set menu are generally “starter” size.
The fish and duck courses can be up-sized as a larger “main” portions if you are seeking 1 x course/ small meal
SITTING TIMES
Allow 2 hours for 6 course menu. Extra time if you selecting all additional courses
Smaller meals allow 1-1.5 hour sitting time.

Courses are individually plated and are not designed to share
