We are excited to share the first in a series of Pipit classes.
In partnership with Cleaver Salumi Cabinets & Smoked and Cured, the first class will be on SALUMI!
The class will focus on our fish hams and duck sausage, but the day will arm you with info to widely adapt too.
This is an exclusive small group experience (10 people max), to give you special access to the whole restaurant, chat directly to chefs and share a 4-course lunch after the class
INCLUSIONS
Cured meats strongly shown our food ethos on boosting flavour and maximising produce
The class will share our unique housemade fish hams and duck sausage – but the principles, techniques, equipment shown can be further adapted for other meats. The classes are geared for mid-career chefs as well as any home cooks.
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
2hr morning class and demonstration (10am-12 estimate)
including taster samples, recipe sheets and a take-home pack of products provided by Smoked & Cured.
2hr shared-style 4 course lunch (12-2pm estimate)
includes bread, canapes, starter, main, dessert
Selected wines and beers are inclusive with lunch
DIETARY NOTE: No vegetarian options at lunch. The menu may contain meat, gluten, eggs, diary & nuts
