The “Girl Gang” dinner shares the talent of up-and-coming Northern Rivers female young chefs, and showcases local female producers, suppliers and a special drinks menu of female winemakers.
This collaborative event includes a menu by:
Saffron Bruns-Smit (La Casita, Brunswick Heads)
Emma Arkinstall (private chef Byron Bay)
Jude Ng (Pipit Restaurant)
Lily Pegus (Pipit Restaurant)
The young chefs will be mentored by senior female guest chefs including Alanna Sapwell and Tabs Thomson (Esmay, Beach Byron Bay), Hanna Lleinonen ( A Cut Above, Melbourne), Carolyne Helmy (The Star Gold Coast)
Women leadership and representation in hospitality (and general) is an important topic for us and we are excited to share this event as is part of NSW Good Food Month.
